  1. Is now the right time?
    • How long do you plan on living in your next home? We can talk through your goals and plans for me to better help you to find the best fit possible!
  2. Get preapproved for a mortgage
    • This is a VERY important step! We want to make sure we are looking at houses that fit in your price range. Also, before a contract is even written, we will need a pre-approval letter from a lender unless you plan to pay with cash.

  3. Find your dream home
    • As we get inside of homes, I will be able to give you advice on neighborhood, potential resale topics, etc.
  4. The escrow process
    • The home inspection - keep in mind, EVERY home will have items come up (even new construction). I will guide you through and give you advice of how we can negotiate what comes to surface.
    • Reviewing disclosures
    • Ordering the appraisal
    • Securing financing
  5. Closing
    • The final walk through
    • Schedule the move
    • Change over utilities
